Patio Life redefines the words “Lift&Slide”. The new sliding-hardware for timber profiles saves your customers the laborious task of having to lift the door as the case has been up to now. Operating large Lift&Slide doors with a sash weight of up to 300 kg is now child’s play. Large doors with sash rebate widths of 770 to 3235mm and heights from 690 to 2670mm respectively are made possible with Patio Life.

The main feature: All gasket components are controlled via the handle and seal the door completely. On the basis of this innovative technology, completely new perspectives and a different lifestyle develops.


Patio Life means: Never again, lift sliding doors!

Only the gasket is lifted! Conventional hardware technology transforms opening large Lift&Slide doors into a true show of strength. Before the door or window can be slid to the side, the entire sash must be lifted.

Patio Life’s unique technology makes this exertion unnecessary. Because instead of the sash, only the gaskets are raised – and these are simply lowered again during closing; and all this via the handle.


Patio Life means: Night ventilation without side effects

Concealed night ventilation. Ingenious and very convenient: With a 180° turn of the door handle, the sliding door top gasket retracts and enables night ventilation – protected in such a way, that neither rain, insects or dirt can infiltrate. A clear product advantage for more convenience, particularly in cases of long absence.


Patio Life means: Barrier-free living

Low threshold, as standard. Conventional thresholds are a potential hazard – in particular for small children and elderly people. For the wheelchair bound, this is an insurmountable obstacle.

Roto offers the solution with Patio Life: For this reason, Lift&Slide doors with the innovative Patio Life hardware technology have a thermally broken threshold that is slightly sloped towards the outside – for barrier-free living at its best.


Patio Life means: High resistance to burglary

Central locking points are activated via the handle. This technical innovation guarantees maximum security at the top and bottom sash edges. Depending on the height, several security cams are located around the sash which inhibit burglars jemmying it out.

Nevertheless, Patio Life has even more to offer: The night ventilation function already mentioned is not visible from the outside. Sliding doors and windows remain completely locked. A further asset: Patio Life can be retrofitted easily and at any time with the magnetic monitoring system: MVS Roto. This amount of security is only available from Roto.
