Roto Frank of America, Inc. Appoints Chris Dimou As New President/CEO

CHESTER, CT— May 2009 — Roto Frank of America, Inc., the premier manufacturer of North American and European hardware for the window and door industry has appointed Chris Dimou as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Chris Dimou comes to Roto Frank of America from Roto Frank AG’s Corporate headquarters in Germany where he held the position of Corporate Strategic Sales Manager. In that position, he was responsible for the strategy development in the markets of North & South America and Southern Europe. Prior to that, he held management positions within international companies in Greece, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland and the USA.

Mr. Dimou will assume overall responsibilities for Roto’s business in North America as the company continues to make investments in manufacturing processes, new products, and partnership programs. He will relocate from Germany and work out of the Chester, CT office. Dan Gray, Director of Sales & Marketing, will continue to lead the sales team, consisting of six regional sales managers and several independent sales agents.
