i-Lock Sliding Window Sash Lock
Roto i-Lock’s automatic latching and retention feature makes it easy to determine if the window is locked or unlocked. To unlock the window, users simply pull the “button” toward them into the unlocked position and the button indicates that the window is unlocked. As the window sash is opened, the lock resets to the locked position. When the sash is closed, an audible click to indicates the window is locked securely.
The i-Lock was designed with flexibility in mind. It is available with both surface and face mount strikers to accommodate most window profiles. A snap-on cover is offered to conceal mounting screws, eliminating the need to stock colored screws and provides a cleaner look.
For greater durability, i-Lock’s internal mechanism has two retention clips and two springs. The simple design requires less moving parts resulting in reliable operation. In addition, its latch is positioned in the center of the lock for maximum balance.
Capitalizing on this balance, i-Lock has been proven to achieve forced entry resistance requirements as well as passing required industry performance and hurricane impact testing.
