Roto Frank AG takes over Gluske-BKV

Roto Frank AG reports the successful conclusion of the negotiations for the take-over of Gluske-BKV GmbH in Wuppertal, Germany. According to the Swabian construction supplier, the acquisition within the framework of an asset deal of the manufacturer of window and door hinges, main door thresholds as well as glazing spacer-blocks with an annual turnover volume of approximately 30 million euros, is effective from 01.10.2008.

The investment, which the federal cartel office has agreed to, comprises of the business, the complete production location, as well as the approximately 100 employees. On this basis, the new company Roto Gluske-BKV GmbH shall continue with its market activities.
